“Since the beginning of 2021, Clare Horrobin has been a key part of our team in redesigning and implementing Beca’s Amplify Delivery learning and development framework and programmers. Clare has provided consultation on each key stage of the project, initially helping us to define the project scope and overall framework structure. A large part of her focus was to advise on how best-practice learning philosophies and trends could be applied to meet our learning objectives in an engaging, accessible, and sustainable manner. This included a transition to designing workshops for online facilitation, and to spacing out the learning to provide better integration and opportunities for participants to apply their learning.
