Les Mills International wanted to redesign their Initial Training programmes on a significant scale - 14 programmes redesigned and rolled out across 80+ countries in just 10 months. The goal was to simplify the learning content, make it easier for trainers to deliver, and maintain Les Mills' reputation for delivering world-class and life-changing workouts.

Clare served as the Global Lead Instructional Designer, working with an international team to redesign the content. She led multiple rounds of review, testing, and refinement to achieve the project objectives and maintain best-practice learning design. Clare also coached the global facilitation team to successfully deliver the initial global Trainer workshops.

The project succeeded on all fronts - the new training is easier for learners to follow, simpler for trainers to deliver, and still captures what makes Les Mills Instructors successful.
