“Since the beginning of 2021, Clare Horrobin has been a key part of our team in redesigning and implementing Beca’s Amplify Delivery learning and development framework and programmers. Clare has provided consultation on each key stage of the project, initially helping us to define the project scope and overall framework structure. A large part of her focus was to advise on how best-practice learning philosophies and trends could be applied to meet our learning objectives in an engaging, accessible, and sustainable manner. This included a transition to designing workshops for online facilitation, and to spacing out the learning to provide better integration and opportunities for participants to apply their learning. From there, Clare has been a member of each Agile topic team, providing guidance on instructional design, facilitation and on-going implementation. Clare’s vibrant and welcoming personality has helped each team to gel and perform well by establishing a fun, trusting, and energetic culture.  Her regular online facilitation sessions have seen a significant increase in our facilitators' confidence and competence in facilitating online, creating a better balance of delivering great content alongside effective engagement that sustains their audience’s participation. Throughout this process, she has become a trusted advisor to many of us, helping us all to create and cement learning throughout our programmers.”

Jonathon Yu, Senior Associate Project Manager

"Over the past six years, Clare has helped Les Mills International to design world-class learning solutions that are now delivered to over 70,000 participants a year in up to 80 countries. These solutions reflect our culture and the importance of a learning culture that is in line with being global leaders in the fitness industry.

Clare has an ability no matter what the group size, to bring people together and learn in a safe and enjoyable way. Whether it’s an online meeting with our global training managers or in front of 600 of our international trainers, she can connect with people quickly and is continuously committed to bringing out the best in people.

During the implementation of our various projects, Clare continuously showed an inept ability to build trust with the senior leads, project stakeholders and our international teams.  This trust continuously gave Clare the right insight into what Les Mills required, and also helped the project to be implemented. Clare has a gift of being able to connect with anyone, and helping all of us to work even more effectively in our teams."

Ian Arundel, Global Educations Operations Director

"In 2019, Clare presented Advancing our Instructors, Advancing Our Learning Culture at the HR and L&D Innovation and Tech Fest in Auckland, New Zealand. Clare delivered an exceptional and engaging presentation, educating her peers on her top three lessons she learned as a learning professional on what to do when you're wanting to take your learning culture to the next level. Clare knows how to captivate her audience while making sure the key messages get across."

Ian Collier, Production Director - The Eventful Group

"Clare brings a unique blend of skills, experience, knowledge and hum our to the delivery of her training and education. Through her learning solutions, she has empowered myself and my team to ensure there's a positive legacy of ongoing education and positive impact that passes on to whomever we are working with.

Clare is an absolute pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her learning services to anyone!"

Sarah Durnford, Head Trainer Les Mills U.K
